Project Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end Projects and team management.
• Must have 12-15 years of experience
• Work with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop team goals and delegate tasks to the appropriate team member
• Write project reports as necessary
• Knowledge of high-quality AR/VR/MR experiences.
• Maintaining the production pipeline and meeting deadlines.
• Working closely with the implementation and Content Developers.
• Setting the quality targets and bar for XR experiences on the projects
• Sharing knowledge and techniques across the team
• Mentoring team members

Skills:

• Excellent experience in managing projects.
• Experience in Unity Programming and 3D graphics-intensive application development.
• Understanding of advanced concepts related to C# programming, and the latest Visual Studio environment.
• Ability to create rapid prototypes of systems.
• Exposure to AWS Cloud.
• Codebase optimization and maintaining code in repositories as per organization policy.

Additional Qualifications

• Work experience with Unity 3D
• Exposure to AR Core, AR Kit, and AR Foundation is an advantage.
• Understanding of creating cloud-based solutions is an advantage.
