Solution Engineer

About the Role:

Our client, a leader in digital innovation, is seeking a skilled Solution Engineer to bridge the
gap between technical capabilities and customer needs. In this role, you’ll work closely with
sales, product, and engineering teams to design, demonstrate, and implement solutions that
solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand client requirements
● Design and present technical solutions that meet business objectives
● Configure, customize, and deploy software solutions
● Conduct product demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations
● Work with engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize solutions
● Provide post-implementation support and guidance to clients

Required Skills & Experience:
● 3–6 years of experience in technical sales engineering, solution consulting, or related
roles
● Strong understanding of software architecture and APIs
● Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
● Familiarity with SaaS solutions, integrations, and deployment workflows

Bonus Points for:
● Experience in AI, data analytics, or enterprise software solutions
● Prior client-facing experience in technical consulting
● Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, SQL)
