Senior Fullstack Engineer – Boston

About the Role:
Our client, a leader in digital innovation, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Engineer
to design, develop, and scale next-generation web applications. In this role, you’ll work across
the entire stack, from crafting pixel-perfect front-end interfaces to architecting efficient, secure
backend services. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to build
solutions that deliver seamless user experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
● Design, build, and maintain fullstack web applications using modern frameworks
● Collaborate with UI/UX teams to translate designs into responsive, accessible user
interfaces
● Develop scalable backend services, REST APIs, and database architectures
● Optimize application performance, security, and maintainability
● Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices
● Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
● Integrate third-party APIs and cloud services into applications
● Partner with DevOps to ensure smooth deployment and CI/CD workflows

Required Skills & Experience:
● 5–8 years of software engineering experience, with strong fullstack expertise
● Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience in frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Angular
● Backend experience with Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django), or Java
● Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
● Strong database knowledge (SQL & NoSQL: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows

Bonus Points for:
● Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions)
● Familiarity with security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, encryption)
● Knowledge of WebSockets, real-time communication, or streaming APIs
● Prior contributions to open-source or community-driven projects
