Role Overview
We are seeking Fall interns to join our AI team and assist in developing, testing, and optimizing intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to bring conversational AI to life.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate on the design and development of AI chatbots
- Work with tools like OpenAI, Rasa, Dialogflow, LangChain, etc.
- Build NLP-based pipelines for text classification and entity extraction
- Integrate AI features into applications using Python, JavaScript/Node.js
- Assist in training models and analyzing chatbot performance
- Document your work clearly for hand off and scaling
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related program
- Familiarity with Python, APIs, and basic machine learning concepts
- Knowledge of NLP, chatbot frameworks, or LLMs is a strong plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Experience:
- Experience with Git, Docker, or cloud tools (AWS, GCP)
- Understanding of REST APIs and integrations
- Interest in user experience and chatbot design
