Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description:

This team is working a hybrid schedule 2 days onsite per week in Moline IL (Tues/Wed). Fully   remote candidates will not be accepted for this position. The manager is looking for someone   with 2-5 years of experience, but recent college graduates will be considered if the resume demonstrates experience with/ knowledge of the required skill sets.

Position Description:

Monitors, applies changes to, and/or manages current information technology infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance in an integrated environment. Performs and applies information analysis to resolve infrastructure problems. Delivers infrastructure technology for business requirements. Identifies, analyzes, selects, and applies appropriate new information technology infrastructure components within a diverse environment as required to support strategic business plans and processes.

Required Skill:

• Must understand Microsoft licensing – that is the primary focus of this role -Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Productivity Tool issues and Microsoft Teams Collaboration issues.
• Experience using Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center
• Experience using Microsoft Services Hub
• Experience using Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure Active Directory Admin Center Desired Skill Set.
• Good understanding of dynamic licensing.
• Experience writing PowerShell scripts.
