IATF Auditors

About the Role:
Our client is seeking experienced IATF Auditors to assess and ensure compliance with IATF
16949 standards in automotive and manufacturing environments. You’ll evaluate processes,
identify gaps, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance quality and regulatory
compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct internal and external IATF 16949 audits
● Assess processes and ensure compliance with quality standards
● Identify areas for improvement and provide corrective action recommendations
● Prepare detailed audit reports for management and clients
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards

Required Skills & Experience:
● Certified IATF 16949 Auditor with 3–7 years of auditing experience
● Strong understanding of automotive and manufacturing processes
● Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills
● Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
● Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Bonus Points for:
● Experience in ISO 9001 and other quality management systems
● Familiarity with ERP systems and quality management software
● Prior experience training staff on quality standards
