We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to own and optimize our digital engagement funnels across email, CRM, and lead nurture journeys. You’ll be responsible for implementing and maintaining automated marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, strong segmentation and A/B testing skills, and a passion for improving funnel performance through actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize automated email workflows, drip campaigns, and lead scoring models

  • Manage day-to-day operations of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign)

  • Collaborate with content and growth teams to create targeted, personalized campaigns based on user behavior, funnel stage, and segmentation

  • Maintain and optimize lead nurturing strategies across channels (email, SMS, chatbots, web forms)

  • Monitor KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, etc.) and run A/B tests to improve engagement and ROI

  • Ensure seamless CRM integration (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM) and maintain data hygiene and sync logic

  • Build detailed marketing performance reports and recommend areas for improvement

  • Support lifecycle marketing strategies for customer onboarding, upselling, and re-engagement

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing automation or demand generation

  • Hands-on expertise with platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, or Pardot

  • Solid understanding of CRM systems, segmentation, and lead lifecycle stages

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email templates and basic scripting for personalization

  • Experience with Google Analytics, GA4, UTM tagging, and campaign tracking

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into insights and action

  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and project management skills


Nice to Have

  • B2B SaaS or eCommerce experience

  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, paid ad tracking, and web analytics

  • Experience with tools like Zapier, Segment, Customer.io, Braze, or Iterable

  • Familiarity with GDPR/CCPA and email compliance best practices
